Hi everyone, I’m George and I’m a professional cricket player. I started training with Said from Anyaim Fitness just over a year ago, we were training 4 days a week. Initially I went to Said for help with building quality muscles, increasing my strength, speed as well as working on my cardiovascular fitness, which is important to me when playing Cricket. After a year of training with Said, not only have I achieved what I set out to do, but he has helped me in many more ways. Together we discovered other weaknesses and focused on fixing them, now I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life and I can’t thank Said enough for the amazing and professional job he’s done to get me where I am today. I still follow his nutrition and training plan using the app, this lets me log in my workout and diet, plus it has videos and instructions for each exercise to make sure I know how to do them correctly. I’m really enjoying my journey with Anyaim fitness and would highly recommend Said.

My name is Ali, and I’m a professional basketballer.

Ive been training with Said from anyaim fitness for over a year now and I’m very happy with the progress I’ve made in this time.

I was initially referred to Said as he had a great reputation working with professional athletes.

My main focus was to work on my stamina, agility, flexibility as well as build up some quality muscle.

Hi, My name is Oliver, I began training with Said from Anyaim Fitness in 2014. It’s been an incredible journey with the best trainer in the industry to be honest. I am a type 2 diabetic and with the right nutrition advice and training program designed specifically for me, I have been able to stay in shape and even keep my diabeties under control. I’m a fitness addict, I train every day and love boxing, Said has great knowledge in boxing/kickboxing so I loved this part of our training. Hi, I’m Lina,
I began training with Said from Anyaim Fitness just over a year ago.
I first saw Said working with clients in a public park and was impressed with his
training approach and style. So I decided to reach out to him as I needed someone special to help me with a goal that I always believed impossible.
Said was always very positive and motivating from the start, giving me lots of encouragement and support. Long story short, Said helped me achieve my goal and we even went beyond it. I lost 40KG and built some beautiful quality muscles. I knew absolutely nothing when we began, but I learned. I had never squatted, deadlifted or done a bench press, my first plan was 15secs, but with Said I safely learned all these exercises and more. Im pretty proud to say my plank today is over 5min, my deadlifts are 100KG, my Squats 80KG and my Bench presses 60KG. I can’t thank Said enough for the support, guidance and knowledge he has provided during my journey, which even though we are locked down I am still enjoying. Said is still supportive and communicating with his clients online using the app we all have installed on our phones. This has been extremely helpful in letting us track our results, log our workouts and ensure we are doing everything safely.
